The Rev. Dr. David Reynolds' primary focus is the integration of spirituality and psychology during the clinical process. He is adept at working with clients dealing with trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, and crisis management. Dr. Reynolds promotes the services and mission of PCS to the Manchester area. Also, he frequently presents lectures and seminars at churches, schools, and businesses on a variety of topics, including transitions, values, and productivity. Dr. Reynolds also provides consultation and spiritual direction. He is at the Bedford Satellite Office one day a week.

The Rev. Dr. Calvin Genzel is a Licensed Psychologist in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. Dr. Genzel earned his Ph.D. in Pastoral Psychology at Boston University and did his clinical training at the Danielsen Institute. Current areas of clinical interests include psychological assessments, vocational counseling, sexual orientation and identity, and spirituality and faith development.

In addition to her role as Office Manager, Lee has been providing financial expertise in insurance billings and accounts receivables at PCS for 20 years. She provides excellent customer service by working closely with clients, staff and insurance companies.

Mark Baddeley is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in child and adolescent therapy in school based programs as well as the private sector. He earned his Masters and undergraduate degrees from the University of New Hampshire. Specialty areas include trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and connecting children of divorce and separation with their families.

A Licensed Psychologist, the Rev. Dr. Emily Geoghegan clinical expertise includes mood disorders, spiritual growth & development and stress management through mindfulness meditation. She enjoys working in the community as well, teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Management skills, particularly with homeless populations.

The Rev. Pat Ketzler is a Licensed Pastoral Psychotherapist who specializes in working with men and women who are experiencing PTSD or have been emotionally abused. Other areas of focus include working with gerontology and elderly issues including depression and adjustment disorders and providing psychotherapy for the developmentally disabled and their caregivers. She offers group therapy including groups for abuse survivors.

Carol is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and provides counseling for adults of all ages, couples and same sex couples. Specialty areas include anxiety/panic, depression, mood disorders, stress, women’s issues, parenting, grief, anger management, work issues and trauma. Carol is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Certified and practices and teaches Mindful Meditation. She also has studied Buddhist thought which she incorporates into her therapy.

Kevin is a Masters Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.  He completed his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Psychology at Rivier College.  For the past 15 years he has worked with opioid dependent individuals.  Kevin's interests include working with those who experience a variety of addictions, PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders. He is also able to complete Substance Use Evaluations for his clients.

Barbara is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults.  Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce and changing families, and grief and loss.  Her approach is active, strength-based, and client centered.  She incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, expressive arts, and play therapy.  She uses principles of mindfulness and relaxation to help clients manage emotions and reach the goals they have set for themselves.

Breanna brings many years of experience to PCS. Her role is to process co-payments, answer questions about the Center, assist in various administrative tasks, and ensure that clients have a positive experience. Outside of PCS, Breanna loves to spend quality time outdoors, reading and working on crafts.

With over 37 years of experience, the Rev. Dr. Doug Stephens brings an impressive and diverse knowledge of psychotherapy to PCS. Currently, Dr. Stephens serves as the Training Coordinator at PCS. In this role, he developed and implemented the existing program through which graduate students and postgraduate residents can complete clinical training. Dr. Stephens also serves as the Adjunct Consultant for the Samaritan Institute, Inc. based in Denver, CO. Dr. Stephens currently holds several licenses and certifications, including: AAPC Fellow; AAMFT Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor; Board Certified Diplomate; Clinical Social Work; NH Independent Licensed Clinical Social Work; NY Licensed Clinical Social Work; and, NY Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In 2011 Dr. Stephens also co-authored with David Olsen, Ph.D. The Couples' Survival Workbook.

Audrey Watjen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years experience in mental health. In addition to providing individual and couples counseling for adults, Audrey has particular experience working with depression, developmental disabilities, women's issues, psychiatric illness, and relationship issues. Audrey is also a NH certified Guardian ad Litem and had experience as an Employee Assistance professional.

Dr. Mark Watts was President/CEO of PCS From 1986 to 2008. He works with individuals dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. He works with men, especially dealing with life stages. In his extensive work with couples, he is keenly interested in helping partners learn the skills to keep marriage rewarding and highly functional over the long haul. Step-family concerns are another specialty. Dr. Watts is a skilled group therapist and leads both short-term and long-term groups.

Daniel Bush, MS, MHC is a mental health counselor in his second year of residency at PCS. While focusing on the treatment of relationship distress and PTSD, Daniel has three years of experience working with individuals who struggle with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, substance use, and domestic violence. Daniel is trained in the treatment of trauma using EMDR.

Melissa recently completed her Masters of Social Work degree at the University of New Hampshire, and is currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Her professional background is in domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood abuse, violence, and trauma. Melissa provides ongoing clinical therapy for children and teens, adults, couples and families.

Deb provides ongoing- clinical therapy for adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Amanda seeks to help individuals find the strength within themselves to make the change they wish to see in their lives.

Sujeong Shin is working toward licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. A graduate of Yale University, she recently earned her Masters in Social Work degree from Boston University. She brings 30 years of experience as a writer and creative director in communications in her new vocation. Sujeong is interested in individual, couples and family counseling and has a special interest in trauma.
