Barbara Merrill, LCMHC of Nashua, N.H., is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. At PCS her areas of focus include; anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, changing families, grief and loss. Her approach is active, strength-based, and client centered. She incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, expressive arts, and play therapy. She uses principles of mindfulness and relaxation to help clients manage emotions and reach the goals they have set for themselves. Merrill will continue to see patients at Spidaliere Psychological Associates in Nashua, N.H, previously she was a therapist with the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center also in Nashua.
