Pastoral Counseling Services Announces Recipients Of Its Annual Good Samaritan Award

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Pastoral Counseling Services (PCS), an independent, non-profit counseling and consulting center serving New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts is proud to announce this year’s Good Samaritan Honorees.

This year, PCS is celebrating its 35th anniversary of providing counseling services in Greater Manchester, Bedford, Nashua and the Seacoast with its recent opening of a satellite office in Portsmouth.

“The Good Samaritan Awards are an annual tradition to honor individuals who pursue extraordinary measures to strengthen communities and improve life in New Hampshire,” said Dr. David Reynolds, Center Director of Pastoral Counseling Services. “This year’s slate of honorees have all gone above and beyond in their respected field and have provided amazing community outreach that ultimately resulted in helping individuals in need. We are excited to honor this incredibly devoted group of individuals at this year’s banquet which will include our 35th anniversary celebration.”

Over the past 19 years, PCS has honored more than 100 individuals in six distinct segments of the community to include: Business, Education, Media & the Arts, Medicine and Healing, Religion and Rising Star. This year’s esteemed honorees will be celebrated at the 2014 Good Samaritan Awards Banquet scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 7 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Labelle Winery in Amherst, N.H.
