MANCHESTER, N.H. Pastoral Counseling Services (PCS) an independent, non-profit counseling and consulting center serving New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts is proud to announce, Rosamond Lockwood and John Harding have joined the Board of Directors.
Rosamond Lockwood, a 26-year resident of Manchester, has been an active volunteer previously serving as President of Manchester Garden Club, a board member of Manchester City Library and volunteer for many other organizations.
John Harding is an associate attorney of Craig Deachman and Amann. After earning his undergraduate degree from the College of Wooster, John obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. John works in the following areas of law: real estate, landlord-tenant, personal injury, employment law and criminal defense. In addition to practicing law, he recently concluded a four year term on the board of the Central Crew Club.
